Annyeong! Teehee :)

I know some of us have problems coping with their normal lives, like how I am right now :( Too many of mood swings and anxiety, blame it on the pms, pssh! But yeah, here are some remedies of how you can live happier, and these are all thanks to people around me ^^

Spend your day as how you want to remember it. For example, if you want to remember that small misunderstanding by another ten years ahead, then you can do that, but if you dont, then let go of that particular misunderstanding :)

Write all your hatred into a piece of paper and rip the paper off, it helps!

Smash ice cubes into the bath tub, you'll be calm after a while.

Take a short bath, or wudhu (for Muslim).

Take a nap, this helps all the time. By the time you woke up, you will forget all those things :)

Drink some smoothies or milkshake, idk what is the scientific explanation, but yeah it helps, for me ^^

Go watch a comedy movie, you'll release your stress and become happier in an instant!

And yeah, my last opinion is, to cry. Crying helps you release all your emotions you cant  release and that is absolutely helping you to overcome your internal pain ^^

So, that is some ways of how I cope with my life, because sometimes, people just dont understand.
